Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the SCORE EEG EpiCARE Platform (EC) by Holberg EEG AS. The terms and conditions apply for anyone who is granted a license to use the EC. The terms and conditions includes our Privacy Policy as well as use of cookies. By using the EC, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this application.
Changes to the terms and conditions
Occasionally we may, at our discretion, make changes to the terms and conditions. In these cases, we’ll provide you with prominent notice as appropriate i.e. prominent notification within the EC or via e-mail. Please make sure you read the notification carefully. If you do not wish to continue to use the EC, please contact us at info@holbergeeg.com.
Intended use
The SCORE EEG EpiCARE Platform is based on the SCORE EEG Educational Platform, and have been configured to serve as a reporting and database depository for members of the EpiCARE project. The data management and EEG uploads to the server will be handled by the EpiCARE project management.
License to use EpiCARE platform
Users can get access to the EC by contacting the EpiCARE project management, and entering an awarded scratch code during registration. Holberg EEG reserves the right to exclude users who do not comply with our terms and conditions, or who provide incorrect information during registration.
General Terms
The EpiCARE platform is available exclusively to the EpiCARE members, and collected data is only to be used within the scope of the EpiCARE project. The supplier (Holberg EEG) will get access to the anonymized EEG data and reports provided by the network members and uploaded to the platform under the agreement, and be granted the right to use such data for further development.
Ownership
The SCORE EEG EpiCARE platform framework is developed, controlled and operated by Holberg EEG. All content in this framework is protected by copyrights. Holberg EEG AS has the sole ownership of the Platform as well as any intellectual property rights in relations to it, including the registered trademark for the designation SCORE EEG.
Acceptable use
You must not use the EC in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the platform; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
Users must not:

sell, rent or sub-license user access to the EC

reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on the EC for a commercial purpose
If Holberg EEG provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of the EC or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to Holberg EEG’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Holberg EEG may take such action as Holberg EEG deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the EC, prohibiting you from accessing the EC.
Privacy Policy
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and for providing user access to the EpiCARE platform. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information collection and use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse the collected data.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1st of January, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
